"The first venue opened by Piero Chiambretti is located in the pre-hill area of Turin, offering a lively environment with much thought given to details both in the interior spaces and in the beautiful summer garden with a vegetable garden. The walls are filled with mementos and memorabilia of the legendary Birilli brothers . The kitchen is well cared for and offers an a la carte menu linked to the local area with daily offerings, the pasta and desserts are all homemade; at lunch, the convenient single dishes, which vary every week. A grill with selected meats from around the world and Piedmontese is in operation every evening."
