Set up in its current premises in 1898, it offers the possibility to visit an exceptional example of a nineteenth century scientific museum, which has remained almost unchanged and has now been restored to its original role.

It houses the collection of the founder of modern criminology., Among videos and virtual animations, skulls, skeletons, death masks, photos and models of gaols are exhibited in the original 19th century display cases.
