Discover the magic of Turin’s most famous chocolate in a workshop dedicated to the taste, chocolate and hazelnuts of Piedmont, pleasantly accompanied by a fascinating account of the history of Turin’s delicacy.

Try your hand at creating the renowned chocolate and discover all its preparation secrets; but most importantly, don’t forget to take home your Giandujotti!

DISCOVER From Madame Royals to Gianduja, from handmade chocolates to water mills to Prochet’s innovations. A mouthwatering journey led by gastronome Marlena Buscemi to discover the origins of the world’s first wrapped chocolate: His Majesty the Giandujotto!

TASTE The journey into the history of chocolate cannot but be accompanied by a mouth-watering tasting: cocoa, hazelnuts, hazelnut paste and chocolate wafers. Each participant chooses his or her favorite ingredients to create his or her own secret recipe.

CREATE A station set up with maître chocolatier tools, special granules, sac à poche, thermometers, molds... At the end of the Experience you will take home your own Giandujotti!
