TRAVERSELLA

This is considered the "home of the easy", although there are some routes at 8b level. On the gneiss rock of Traversella it is possible to climb throughout the year, but spring and autumn are the best periods. The Spranze sector stands out for being a wall entirely equipped for children, the only one of its kind in the whole of the Alps for its size and characteristics. The first sectors can be reached in 30 minutes along an easy path. In the heart of the rock climbing practice area there is the Rifugio Bruno Piazza which is a main and natural stopping point, a place for meeting and for information for all climbers.
