On the occasion of the centenary of Surrealism (1924-2024), the Accorsi-Ometto Museum is dedicating an exhibition to Giorgio de Chirico, considered by André Breton to be the precursor of Surrealism.
Through some seventy works, including paintings and drawings by de Chirico and photographs by Man Ray and Lee Miller, the aim is to reinforce the importance of the Italian Maestro in the creation of the French movement and to deepen the relationship that bound the painter to the founder of Surrealism.
